The Special Events Office is committed to supporting the Indiana University South Bend campus community and its guests in hosting meetings and events of the highest quality. 

To aid in the planning of campus and community events, the Special Events Office is available to assist in scheduling meeting and event spaces, organizing room setups, registering events, coordinating with event production services, and ensuring that Indiana University South Bend events are meeting university guidelines and policies.

Leaving from the Office of Admissions in the Administration Building throughout the week, tours last approximately one hour and are led by current IU South Bend students.
